The 28th annual Northwest Koi & K=Goldfish show was held the weekend of July 25 - 27th, 2008.  The Portland show is the longest running goldfish show in the country, and is certainly a highlight of the goldfish show year.  This year, there were 108 entries, with an impressive collection of locally-bred Bristol Shubunkins and Veiltails that contributed to the outstanding quality of fish at the show.  The Grand Champion Black Oranda, the Reserve Grand Champion Ranchu and the Red & White Baby Grand Champion Veiltail highlighted the quality of fish at the show.  Dale Rohrer and Donna Mason acted as co-chairs for the show and did an outstanding job; Peter Ponzio acted as head judge.
