The Inland Empire Water Garden & Koi Society held its annual show the weekend of August 15 - 18, 2008 at the Pavilion Park at Liberty Lake, WA.  Despite record high temperatures, the club members were out in force with over 100 koi and 35 fancy goldfish entered in the competition.  Bob and Joan Finnegan, who virtually created the koi hobby in the U.S. acted as head judges, with Peter Ponzio acting as candidate judge.  Peter also acted as head judge for goldfish.
